Owner-operated by Hardy Bunn since its inception, “Offices in the Marine Building”, has been providing downtown Vancouver office space and support for clients since in 1985.

We occupy the newly renovated 10th floor in the Marine Building, Vancouver’s world-renowned heritage building, where we have 36 offices, each with at least one window–some of which even open. Add a boardroom, meeting rooms, counselors offices, reception area, telephone system, state-of-the-art business equipment, kitchen/lunchroom, and staff – and you’re instantly ready for success.

We’re committed to providing you with the corporate environment where you can set up your business at an affordable rate and enjoy support that allows you to do what you do best.

We are a member of Elite Business Centres with four locations covering Metro Vancouver and a member of Vancouver Office Solutions.

We support the Canadian Federation of Independent Business by our membership since 2003, the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association since 1993, as well as the Association of Women Business Owners since 1988.

The entire operation from the receptionists to the administrative services personnel is very professional, and they take care of everything for you, which makes what I do a whole lot easier.
